Do you recomend a protein powder? [for vegetarians]?!

Question:

Do you recomend a protein powder? [for vegetarians]?

With a vegetarian diet, protein is often lacked. Do you recomend i use a soy protein powder?

Answers:
using a protien powder is a good option, but not as good as acutally getting the protien through natural foods. Try eating edemame, (soy beans), chick peas, and vegitarian chile. These are really flavorful and have alot of protien.

Actully I eat meat, but I know just eating foods like peanut butter, soy nuts, ect. can fill the gap for you. If in doubt ask a doctor, he or she should be willing to help you out.

Protein is not lacked. Where are you getting this false info and why do you insist on spreading this lie? EVERYTHING has protein and it's nearly impossible not to get enough.

Protein is not often lacked, and I do not recommend a protein powder.

you don't lack protein in a vegetarian diet. That is a myth. just eat a variety of foods (not meat).

A protein drink is not necessary. If you can't take the time to eat a well-rounded meal on a regular basis, though, it might be useful.

no,you don't need it.unless you lift weights then it could help you out.I would recommend rice protein instead of soy though.
