Recipe for easy sauteed green beans

Answers:
pine nuts and butter can be tasty

you should go online and look that up.

Get your pan warm and ready.
Add some oil (canola or grapeseed oil for lightness and no taste, and high temperature - no trans fats made by smoking the oil).
Put in some minced garlic and saute that so the garlic taste goes into the oil.
Then put in your green beans (washed and stems removed if there was any).
Using a spoon, get the oil on the beans, and then put a top on (the water on the beans will start to make some steam for them to cook).
Beans will turn bright green as they release the cholorphyll, and then cook them till they are the texture you like.
I like to add a sprinkle of sea salt and some roasted sliced, or whole, almonds.
Sometimes for my kids, I will put a pat of Earth Balance buttery spread (vegan) over the beans to impart a butter flavor.

LOW HEAT,OLIVE OIL,MINCED GARLIC. SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE.

Just add a little olive oil to and chopped garlic and saute.
