Where can u tell me of any omega 3 supplement that doesn't have gelatin?!

Question:

Where can u tell me of any omega 3 supplement that doesn't have gelatin?

Answers:
If you are looking for a vegan omega fatty acid supplement without gelatin, I suggest you take your oils (such as flax, borage, hemp and others) by the spoonful. A typical dose of flax oil is one tablespoon (15 ml)/day, with a meal. This amount is about 14g, which is far more than the typical flax oil capsule that never holds more than 1g.

fish oil, not the fish oil pills but actual fish oil....take it by one spoonfull at a time, drop it quiclky into the back of your throat first thing in the morning before you brush your teeth. take a breath out as you drop it and try not to smell or taste it. my husband used this to get his heart back into full swing! i highly doubt it has any gelatin in it and you can find it at any health store for just a little more than what the vitamins cost. cod liver oil is a very good omega 3

I agree with chuck and did the same with evening primerose oil. It doesn't taste too bad and you can get it in most health food stores.

If you are worried about the "gelatin" being meat of fish derived just look on the label. Most caps gotten at health food stores are VEGAN now.

Flax seed oil is an excellent source of omegas 3.

Instead of taking a supplement, rather eat sesame seeds, flax seed, or any seeds. Most seeds are RICH in omega 3
