What can you do with leftover almond/nutpulp?!

Question:

What can you do with leftover almond/nutpulp?

What are some good recipe ideas for the almond/nut pulp that's left over from making almond/nut milk?

Answers:
I do believe that Martha Stewart ( gasp ! ) has a few cookie receipes that use almond paste.

You can always just throw it away.

I don't have the specifics, but making candy by covering spheres of it in chocolate would be good.

Assuming you have 1 cup of almond nut pulp left,
Add 4 cups more milk.
8 tsp sugar
Beat this in a blender.

Depending on availability add one of the following to the above mixture.

a)Crush 2 cardamoms
or
b)Take 1 tsp of Saffron + 1/4 cup of milk in small cup and microwave for 1 minute.

Chill this mixture for 2-4 hours and drink a cup.
BTW this is very delicious and also healthy.
Enjoy.

If none of the above suggestions sound good, you could compost it.

how about making some almond cookies, they are good

Can't be used for marzipan after making milk.
A few good uses:
blend into the custard for bread pudding to add flavor and protein
blend into smoothies for the same sort of reason
might work in bread or cookies if dried and grated fine
blend into pumpkin soup (ooo that would be yummy)
add to a creamy filling for between cake layers
add to "cream of " type casserole recipes for for added umph (I'm thinking creamy tofu and rice with broccoli or something like that)
use your noggin and I'm sure you will find plenty of places to sneak the stuff in to eliminate waste and add nutrition. Happy cooking!

Stir it into muffins, cookies or bread dough.
