Answers:
hi firstly check your height weight on site one and determine if you need to lose weight.

other site offer valuble imformation regarding health. it appears that your main problem in maintaining a healthy protein intake (veg protein is fine) .

other than that. whatev3r your diet you should have a regular form of exercise to maintain your general health and muscle tone.

hope this helps

p.s. your underweight please check bmi and show your mum!!

Your not fat..... you could probably add a few pounds...

Sugar, you are underweight. No diet needed...eat healthy and exercise, for your health...but weight control doesn't appear to be a problem for you.

You could easily afford to put on a few pounds...your weight range should be 132 - 145 if you have a small frame, 142 - 156 for medium, and 152 - 173 for large.

Your Mom is mistaken...do some research and find out for yourself. I got the info above by typing "height weight" (no quotes) into my search engine.

What I do is wake up in the morning, drink some water or have a piece of fruit. Then go to the gym.Stretch, then run for 5 mins to warm up.Then I lift weights.

Day 1 Back and abs

Day 2 Chest and biceps

Day 3 REST

Day 4 Shoulders and triceps

Day 5 Legs

Day 6 REST

Day 7 Cardio (no weights) 25 45 mins

I also run for 45 mins everyday i lift weights.Start off running or jogging for 20 mins then move up the time.
If you don't have access to a gym then do this
stretch,run for 5 mins,then
Jump jack 1min
Squat(as many as you can do)
Push up(as many as you can do)
Kick butts 1min
Superman(as long as you can hold it)
High knees 1min
Lunge(about 20 or however many you can do)
Torso rotation both directions(20 each side)
Side bends(about 20)
Mountain climbers(as many as you can do)
Wall sit(as long as you can hold it)
Dips(as many as you can do)
you can repeat that over for a longer workout, after you're done with that you want to run or jog for 20 mins

after I work out I like to have some toast with jelly and a fruit smoothie and add rice protein to it

Maybe your Mom said you were Phat! Which is where it is AT! Cause at 5'10" and 114 lbs, that sounds pretty fit to me. But every BODY can use a little exercise and watching what you are eating.

Many times we are not eating healthy, even when we are vegan. Sugar and fat are vegan, and the culprits of empty calories. When you eat something, ask yourself if this is for nutrition for your body or is going in my body just because my taste buds want it (taste buds don't care how your body looks). Start to become aware of what you are eating. Process foods are bad news for your body with all those preservatives and salt and fat and sugar that your body doesn't need.

Another thing to watch out is portion sizes. Your stomache is suppose to be the size of your two hands put together in a fist. Common sense is that you would eat a meal that is about that size in portion. Of course you don't have to eat only three meals a day that are like that size, but every three to four hours would be ideal. An apple with peanut butter (we would call it a snack)
would be just the right size for eating a meal in this case.

Exercise should be something you like to do. Go out and try something! There are so many classes of things to do. From dancing to gymnastics to just walking outside to yoga/pilates/tai chi. If it is too expensive, maybe a video/DVD of some group exercise may be an option. (Your library may have many to choose from, and you could try before you buy). Using your muscles and getting comfortable with your body is a good thing.

You mean 5'1? 114 pounds for 5'10 is super skinny. Does your Mom wants you to become anorexic?

Oh crap, I'm 5'7" and 133lbs...
