The "complete protein" (contains all of the amino acids your body needs) is in beans and rice. Any type of beans with rice (brown is best, although I did white for years and that's fine too). Boca Burgers have a high protein content, and are low carb, too. And Morningstar Farms makes awesome breakfast links. Using Ezekiel (sprouted grain) bread instead of regular bread will give 8gm protein per sandwich. And lots of things have some protein - veggies, hummus, soy milk, and of course dairy (if she's not going vegan).
