What is the vegan alternative of Marscapone Cheese?!

Question:

What is the vegan alternative of Marscapone Cheese?

Answers:
Its mascarpone (like mas-car-ponay) people!

The tofu idea works really well.

I don't think there is a vegan alternative to marscapone cheese.
Are you using it in a dessert dish? Perhaps you could try Tofutti's cream cheese with some sugar in it, for a sweet cheese flavor.

cool-whip

Silken tofu can be used to make a vegan style Tiramisu, and you can use Jello instant pudding and substitute the milk with soya beverage, vanilla falvour, with a bit of liquor or chocolate syrup.

I soaked my ladyfinger cookies with instant coffee and then make the pudding adding the tofu, a touch of non-dairy topping and layer it with a final layer of topping.

When serving, dusting it with a combination of cocoa and instant coffee.

Try sweetening VEGAN Cream Cheese, Soy or Rice. Thin it a little with same beverage.

add a tsp of honey to a 500 ml tub of silken tofu- or just buy the tofu made specifically for desserts- if you are making a savory dish, I would use less honey though. There are a ton of products available in health food stores and most regular markets carry a wide variety of soy products- just read the package, it should tell you what each one is best suited for.
