What are vegetarian allowed to eat..?!
What are vegetarian allowed to eat..?
are they allowed to eat fish milk or anything like?
Answers:
here you go, veggies stick to this:
A vegetarian is someone living on a diet of grains, pulses, nuts, seeds, vegetables and fruits with or without the use of dairy products and eggs (preferably free-range).
A vegetarian does not eat any meat, poultry, game, fish, shellfish or crustacea, or slaughter by-products such as gelatine or animal fats
NO FISH....people who eat fish are not veggies, it's such a simple concept I'm always at a loss as to why people don't understand it. There is no CREDIBLE source or definition that describes a veggie as a fish eater.
You can drink milk unless you are a Vegan. x
you can eat what you want no law to tell you what you what you can eat!
Some veggies eat fish. Vegetarians tend to eat anything that isn't flesh/derived from flesh e.g. stock, gelatine. It's vegans who eat no animal products at all, so no milk, eggs etc.
No they are not. They are only allowed to eat vegetables.
Vegetarians can eat anything that is not meat. Or include meat. There are certain cheeses that are not ok for vegetarians, you need to read the labels.
Depends on what kind of Vegan they are.....some eat any meat other than beef and pork. Others don't eat any dairy products. Some will eat fish. Again, depends on their preference.
im a vegetarian and eat no meat what so ever but eat free range eggs and cheese but drink soya milk...hate cows milk!!
some people say they are vegetarian but still eat fish!!i dont eat anything with a face unless its a gingerbread man!!ha ha!!
a vegan is someone who eats no dairy and no meat x
It's not a question of what you are allowed; there are no vegetarian police. You make choices about what you will eat, based on your own principles. Some vegetarians eat poultry, fish, eggs and dairy products, while others avoid the poultry and fish but eat eggs and dairy. Vegans eat none of the above and won't even wear leather. Examining your reasons for becoming vegetarian will help guide your decisions about your diet.
you can eat whatever you want. vegans dont eat anything with eyeballs
They make their own rules on what they do and don't eat; there are no set rules.
There are different types of vegetarian. Piscetarians eat fish but no other meat. Lacto-ovo vegetarians eat eggs and dairy but no meat. Vegans eat no animal products at all. There are other specialized types too.
Some use eggs if they are from free roaming chickens, not those caged inhumanely, but for the most part the diet consists of non meat and no fish, just veggies . Human breast milk is acceptable for babies but try to stay away from all animal made products. Tofu is used a lot and there are ways to make hamburgers and meatloaf without meat...
strict vegetarians eat fruit and pulses grown in the ground or on trees.
Vegetarians eat vegetables obviously. However, even vegetarians should include some meat in their diet. Meat is the only source of complete protein. A strict vegetarian diet causes severe health problems, this is why I suggest including complete proteins.
They are allowed to eat any foodstuffs but they choose not to.
Vegetarians do not eat fish. Fish is an animal. There are a few types of vegetarians but the one thing they do have in common is that NONE of them eat the flesh of any animal.
What do I eat? I eat anything without meat in it. Pasta dishes, rice dishes, veggies, fruit, vegetarian versions of all american favorites and so much more.
Firstly ask why do I want to be a vegetarian. If it is because you don't like the taste of meat then I can empathise with you there because I hate the taste of vegetables.
However if it is because you want to join the freak brigade and save all the poor little animals, then I say get a life. Have you looked closely at most of these animal loving idiots. Not only are their minds wasted away on stupid causes, there bodies are deprived of proper nutrients that good meat provides.
if you are vegan you can't eat fish or milk becuase they are produced by living things. (cow adn fish) but if you are just a vegetarian u can eat it.
Depending on what type of vegetarian you are will dictate what you can eat.
Ovo-Lacto-Vegetarians: Fruits, Veggies, Dairy, Eggs
Ovo-Vegetarians: Fruits, Veggies, Eggs
Lacto-Vegetarians: Fruits, Veggies, Dairy
Vegans: Fruits, Veggies
Fruitarians: Fruit
Those are the primary types. Some people will claim that they are vegetarian if they don't eat red meat, however that is not the case. Fish and poultry do count as meats and thus consuming them makes you non-vegetarian.
if you are vegan you are not allowed to eat any meat or any thing that comes from an animal (eg:milk or eggs)but when vegetarian you are not allowed to eat meat . its your choice to become vegan cos you can always buy soya milk.Or if you want to you can but some soya chicken or soya turkey slices.

Vegetarians ARE allowed to eat milk products because you don't kill an animal for milk. REAL vegetarians don't eat fish, beef, chicken, pork, lamb, or any type of animal meat.
