Question:

How do you take perishable food on an airplace without it getting spoiled?

Answers:
eat it, or ship it UPS

Assuming they will allow you to take that onboard, ask the flight attendants to put it in refrigeration for you aboard the plane.

Put it in an insulated bag with dry ice.

You don't, cook it when you get there

a cooler or lunchbox w/ ice pack

Insualted lunch bag with a cold pack.

With a lot of perishables, if you vacuum seal them they should keep. But I think it is best if they are fresh when you seal them.
