People! This is a veggie forum! Why all the suggestions for products made from slaughterhouse waste?

The *only* veggie chewable I know of is by Veg-life and is aimed at kids so take two of them! If you can handle swallowing a small tablet Rainbow Light has several good vegan formulas.

Why do you think you need extra vitamins? I'd be willing to bet that as a veggie you're already good on vitamin levels and most/all of what you take in a supplement will only go towards 'highly nutritious urine'! It's not too expensive to have a blood profile done to see if you really are missing something. I had mine done last week (in Texas) and total cost including doctor office was about $130, I'm long term near vegan, and found all my levels were good. Looking at the price of decent supplements I'd have spent more on those than the doctor visit!

Adults can take the Flintstone vitamans that kids get. My doctor told me-that is better than nothing.

Flintstones Complete has all you need...think I am joking, NO I am serious. I buy the basic ones for my son, the complete for me. I feel really good too!!!

Seven Seas make a good one

Centrum (I think I am spelling it right), they make a orange flavored chewable multivitamin, I take them because I have difficulty in swallowing pills.

Yes, Centrum has a chewable multi-vitamin for adults. I take them myself. They are orange flavored.

I take my kids vegetarian vitamins. They have the nutrition info for people 4 years and up. They are really not just for kids.

Any vitamin you put into your mouth is chewable, if you are brave!

CHECK YOUR VITAMINS. Gelatin is made from animals, and almost every vitamin pill I've ever seen has contained some gelatin in it.
