watermelon - by itself - good for thirst quencher after/during a workout
2 apples 6 strawberries - morning surprise - good for cleaning out the lungs
2 apples potatoe 1/4 head cabbage (tastes like dirt - BUT will heal stomach ulcers 85% success rate)
2 apples 1/2 beet (and beet greens if you want) - helps clean the liver

Pineapple - helps protein digestion - remember to cut the bottom inch off a pineapple to get rid of the fungus from the stalk it grew on - can either leave the skin on or cut it off

PS - don't forget the timeout rule - When you drink a fruit only drink - wait 2 minutes before drinking vegetables
Vegetable drink - wait 10 minutes before drinking fruit drink
