Are mushrooms good for my 18 month old?!

Question:

Are mushrooms good for my 18 month old?

Answers:
all vegetables are good at any age, the question is: will the baby eat it?

Yes, it's okay but not ones you picked yourself.

I would think your baby is too young to digest a fungus. Wait a few more years or check with your doctor.

In my oppinion no, because he might be allergic and trust me its better to find uot late better than sooner in this occation .He is too young to be eating anyhting but milk and or pureid soup

Some think that allergies at that age might be a problem. My eight year old would eat anything at that age, and he doesn't have allergy problems now so I think whatever floats their boats now shouldn't hurt them. Long as you keep the life savors away from them. I've already had to save two kids from choking on those miserable things.

No, because he/she might be allergic, check with your doctor. It's better than asking people on Yahoo. :P

i would think that introduction to veggies are a good idea. too many kids hate them because of social stigma and have never tried them. try a small quantity. don't forget the greens!
