Enzyme supplement for vegetarian going back to meat?!

Question:

Enzyme supplement for vegetarian going back to meat?

I'm a vegetarian of more than 9 years who is going back to eating meat. I have heard that there is an enzyme supplement I can buy to help ease my body back into eating meat. Has anyone heard of this type of supplement or know where I can buy it?

Answers:
Having pure 100% kifer, not 2% or low fat or flavored, with a teaspoon of RAW honey, not honeycomb is fabulous for your digestion and your body metabolism!

If you want a pill form Flora-Jenn is a capsule form with 40 billion enzymes or cultures or whatever it is you look for in something to help with digestion. You buy it and keep it in a refrigerator. Bananas are good too for their starch content. Most good health food stores carry it or one similar. Welcome back to whats for dinner!

I wish you would reconsider your choice....why are you going back to eating meat? :(

really lame...because I am not judging the person asking the question...I am just wondering WHY...I still hope you do reconsider though Confused...

CHICKEN CHICKEN CHICKEN eat it, it is all you need to know

I know it's none of my business, but espically after 9 years, why would you want to do that?

Good luck though, a few years back when I started to become vegetarian I went off it a few times and the first time I had ground beef I puked and got super sick and I think it's the fact that my body was so used to it not being there.
