Why am I hungry?!
Why am I hungry?
I am always hungry and could eat and eat if I would allow myself to do so. I eat a sandwich or bowl of cereal every three to four hours. Will that make me gain weitght?
Answers:
Yes, you could easily gain weight! It sounds like mostly carbs which are just sugar and get digested quickly. I was taught to eat several small meals a day, but to make sure to include some protein and fiber in each meal.
Protein is digested a bit slower than carbs are and creates a "timed release" sort of effect. Fiber, of course, just gives you a full feeling without the calories. Include them both in your meals and you're less likely to get hungry so soon.

You might have a high metabolism
just take your time when u eat not like ur loosing the train or something. that will make you feel like u ate something. and if u still hadn't had enough, drink some water.
The human body is made of cells that exhorts energy. So during the day activities your burning the energy in your body which needs to be replaced. So please eat something.
I have that one in a while but its usually when I have snacks (sandwiches and cereals too) and stuff.
Maybe try eating fuller meals (lots of fiber). It will fill up your tummy letting your signaling your brain to stop having cravings.
Its also good that you eat a complete meal instead of smaller portion more times a day. Your digestive system is always on the run then.
It will.I think u do not eat enough during meals, your body needs energy but u do not eat enough during meals so your body will make u feel hungry and after u eat, there is an extra lump of food which is not used as energy which makes u heavier.
Hell yeah!
Recommendations: Seek for help, go to the doctor
yes. you are eating fatty food
I am not hungry, but I eat every two to three hours as a weightlifter/bodybuilder. I also keep the meal small so I can digest it fully and get all the nutrients I need. And luckily I have gained weight, but mostly muscle!
My sandwich is made with hearty sprouted wheat bread and lots of sprouts, lettuce, tomatoes, and hummus. My cereal is usually granola or hot oatmeal with lots of fruit and nuts. My other meals are soups (lentil and chili are my favorites), pasta with marinara sauce and mushrooms, salads with fruits and nuts, and toast with peanut butter. Plus I try to eat alot of vegetables. I have alot of fiber and complex carbohydrates (unprocessed grains and legumes) to keep me feeling full and digesting for awhile.
My nutrients are used to repair my muscles that I have ripped to shreds by lifting heavy, and I also run for 20 minutes, so I don't gain weight. It is up to you to see if you gain weight. There is many reasons why your mind is telling you to eat. Perhaps you are gearing up for a growth spurt (my son was about 10 lbs overweight before he grew tall to 6 ft! and slimmed out). There is also a condition that I saw on a public TV special about a malfunction in the brain that tells you to eat all the time (one of those rare genetic diseases). If this begins to disturb your way of life, I would seek out medical attention then.
you need to start eating a good varied diet, cereal and sandwiches will not give you a good nutritional diet if that is all you are eating. Start eating a big bowl of porridge in the morning, make it with water but then add linseeds and maple syrup to it to sweeten it. half an hour later eat fruit...this should keep you going till lunch then eat a big salad with other healthy things like brown rice, stir fry, sweet pototoes, roasted vegetables, and many more....then have a smaller dinner also something healthy.
if you are hungry in between meals go for fruit, make some fruit juices yourself, or dip things in houmous like courgettes, carrots, eat nuts, the list is endless. if you eat healthy you can eat alot more food and actually not put on weight...its great!!
depends on what u eat try not to eat too much oily food though
High metabolism. Not really.. Well, at least it is healthy? Try drinking some water, you might just be thirsty.
