yup, they actually make egg holder things to make omlettes in the microwave.

You can buy a special pan to make an omelette in the microwave - you'll see them at Walmart, even at the supermarket.

This link will help you with recipes.

2 eggs scrambled in a bowl
then what ever you want .
stir, microwave, stir, microwave.

MICROWAVE EGG OMELET

-3 eggs, separated
-2 tbsp. sour cream
-2 tbsp. salad dressing
-1 tbsp. chives
-1/2 c. cheddar cheese

Method-

1) Beat the egg whites until stiff. Set aside.
2) Beat egg yolks and the rest of the ingredients except the cheese. Fold in egg whites.
3) In 2 quart baking dish melt 2 tablespoons butter.
4) Pour in egg mixture. At medium heat bake for 6 minutes.
5) Top with cheese, microwave another 30 to 45 seconds to melt the cheese.
ENJOY!!

You can make scrabbled eggs though.

Take a deep cup put 2 eggs break them up satire well. Put it for 2 minute check, depending on the power add few second and check. Actually next time may have to put less the 2 minute, if found over done.

Add salt and seasoning at the table or put it while cooking.

Poached eggs come out good in special poacher.

I have yet to make real omelet since it has the fried flavour and cannot be duplicated.

Do use to make poache eggs with onions and veg, but does not taste any thing like omelet.
