Well, We eat On Thanksgiving because thats' the day when the pilgrims celebrated when they founded America and thats what the pilgrims decided to eat when they found America it's what they had when they celebrated

Main Course Turkey Breast , Dressing ,Cranberry Sauce , Sweet Potaoes.. Pole Beans Fresh Baked Bread..
Appitizers .. I love Oyster Crakers Baked with Ranch Seasoning. (you kno the lil ranch packets you can buy in the store) Or California Orderves mmmmm ... Desert Pumpkin Pie , Apple Pie or anything chocolate lol I gained 5 pounds just answering your question!

Cooked salmon, root vegetables, nuts, dates, cheese, apple dishes, and of course, squash.
I used to make veggie lasagna every year and bring a bottle of wild turkey...but that doesn't always turn out very well. Now I just eat side dishes and enjoy the wine.
if you didn't know, they didn't even have turkey at the first thanksgiving,some idiot messed it up and now turkey is associated with thanksgiving.it's like how people started calling french fries freedom fries instead,when french fries actually came from Belgium.get your facts straight.It is not the only thing you eat on thanksgiving,thanksgiving is not about turkey its about actually sitting down and taking the time to get with your family and actually have a homecooked meal at the table with your family.
