What is your favorite recipe that includes tofu?


Answers:
slice tofu into rectangular slices about 1/4 inch thick, brush the slices with olive oil, sprinkle on dry-rub spices, grill them in a charocal grill -- you have to coat both sides with the oil and spicerub....they come out SO good!

I love stir fry with tofu, just a whole bunch of vegetables; carrots, baby corn, snow peas, mushroom, water chestnuts, sprouts, peppers, etc and tofu with some teryaki over whie rice, its delicious!

tofu cubes in a smooth spinach sauce.

Tofu pasta, take the tofu and cut it into small cubes, fry it with soya sauce and a little oil, mix in some vegetable or spicy pasta sauce and put over noodles, mmmm my favorite for years. I've served it to my bf who hates tofu and he actually ate mnore than me and appologized about making fun of my tofu obsession

I also really like the different variations on General Tso's tofu dishes at chinese restaraunts.

I love to cube it up and put into salad.

sauteed tofu with a miso paste.
saute with oil and brush on miso paste, serve on skewers. great with soy and vinegar dipping sauce.
i always use cotton strained tofu for saute, it has better texture than silk strained, personal preference.
