There are lots of recipes online. It's like a baked nutloaf more then a roast. Pretty tasty too!

Get nuts,any kind
almonds,melt some margirane(vegan),add it to nuts in a large bowl
then add cinnamon and sugar to almonds
bake(on cookie sheet) at 325* or somewhere around that serve with apple juice
I've also used pumpkin seeds before
