What is energy egg replacer and where do you get it?!

Question:

What is energy egg replacer and where do you get it?

Never heard of it and was always looking for something to replace eggs. In snack cake I use applesauce but heard that was for less oil. To cut calories, which I work at doing to.

Answers:
You can find Energy Egg Replacer at most health foods stores because the company makes a lot of gluten-free products. I get mine at Whole Foods or Earthfare. Kroger usually has it in their natural foods section. If you can't find it, order it online at a vegan store. You can find a list of vegan grocery web stores at vegsource.com or peta.com. Its wonderful. All you do is mix the egg replacer (it looks like a white powder) with warm water until its frothy and then add it to whatever your baking.

i bought my box at a local health food store......
