the inside is a biscuit, and it's coated with milk chocolate.
so i would say its a mixture of both, but if you really wanna win this thing..... i think it would be mainly biscuit, since the chocolate is simply coating it.

Well - the two fingered kit kats are generally sold in multipacks with the other chocolate biscuits but the 4 fingered ones are sold with the sweets so............. they're both!

Definatly a biscuit 100% - the chocolate is a side issue. You get all get alsorts of BISCUITS covered in chocolate. Have you ever seen CHOCLATE with added biscuit? no I don't think so. Or Marshmallow choclates? Alway Chocolate covered Marshmallows. :)
