Why do goats make cheese?!

Question:

Why do goats make cheese?

why dont cows just make the cheese? are goats trying to put the cows out of business?

Answers:
they dont make cheese. it's not like you 'cheese' them by squeezing their teets and a blob of cheese comes out.

the goats are forming a coup...

no they work side by side cause goat cheese is lighter than regular cheese and americans like them both

Goats make cheese so they will have something to put on their crakers

they have a very poor subsistence diet and the sale of cheese acts as a valuable lifeline for many flocks - please do not advocate a boycott as you will be sending many innocent 'billys and nannys' to an early death.

goats and cows don't make cheese

people make cheese from their milk

both cheeses are quite yummy but cow's cheese will always be the leader because goats don't produce as much milk

hehe

Hey, it's all milk, whether from a goat or a cow. And you can make cheese out of any milk.
Yak's milk also makes interesting cheese -- I tried some in China once, very pungent and tasty :)
I say let's make cheese from as many kinds of milk as we can -- the more variety the better!

Because the sheep are running the cheese world and they want a piece of the action.

People make cheese. The goats and cows just supply the milk to the cheesemakers.

You can make cheese out of most 'milks'
I have had to milk sheep, and know many will milk reindeer's, etc. Trust me, there are so many delicious cheeses in this world, it's never just been about th cows .
