Boca veggie sausages - how specifically is the taste, flavor, etc?
I'm looking for something that can be grilled (so I can take part in cook-outs). How are the smoked, italian or bratwurst sausages from Boca?

The best thing I can say is don't cook them to fast, they do tend to dry out and because there is little or no fat in them they also burn if not watched.
What I do is put them in foil pouches, with a touch of oil and veg broth, put them on the shelf of the grill to heat and when ready to servre just finish them on the grill.
You asked also about bacon and veggie pepperoni, here in Canada we have an excellent product called Yve's Delights, and I have had a number of them, they are a good source of protein and have almost the same taste as there meat cousins, try them and see for yourself, you will find each has its own quality, even one like ground beef for sauces or veggie sloppy joes, but in that case I use TVP, from the bulk food store, Textured Vegetable Protein, it is a by-product from the process of making tofu, it looks like Grapenuts and expands when you cook it, try it some time.
Taste like chicken.
I've tried the bratwurst and it was sort of tasteless. My meat eating husband likes the Italian ALOT.
