protein is the key, so focus on things like tofu, tempeh...also try veggie burgers, they're pretty good (boca burgers)---and of course, don't forget your veggies!
uhh salads...and fruitsss...and maybe fish and nuts to get protein
everything but meat and drink 2lts water very imoptant!
fruits, veggies, and some type of protien. Peanut butter is a good source. If you are a total vegetarian you would not eat fish, any seafood, cheese, eggs, or any dairy.
Well a teenager shouyldn't be a vegetarian cause u need protien while ur young or else when u get older you'll have odd side affects
but if u ask me
eat cheese milk a ceaser salad fruit and a wide variety of vegetable soup. Makes it taste better

veggies with a lot of protein to replace the meat along with the usal veggies
I think you should be sure to get plenty of protein in things like peanut butter and maybe try soy milk. I drink it and there are some on the market that are not bad at all. Good in cereal. Protein I feel is most important for you since, that is what you lack when not eating meats.
-some protein, like nuts, beans/lentils, cheese -hard or soft, sour cream is good too.
I would suggest some cabbage a day along with other fruits and vegetables.
Breakfast: eggs,toast,and some pancakes!
Lunch: fruit salad,coke,and cottage cheese!
Dinner: ? your choice!
tofu, tempeh, seitan, veggie burgers, soy dogs, anything thats a meat substitute. oh yeah, and nuts
vegetables and fruit are important too?
lots of protien. i'm 13 and my mom is constantley making sure i get enough protien, and calcium for growth.
when being a vegetarian you need to make sure you get protein in your diet so eat nut on salads eat a nice veggie burger there is alot of fruits out there to ,,,,,,,,
nuts,salad,fruit,veggies,
and more!
stay away from the
meat and fish though....
(fish is cosidered a meat)
the key is a Variety!
the more variety, the more nutrients. Also tofu is good source of protein, milk and yogurt for calcium, and spinach for Iron. Stick with that and variety of fruits and veggies and he should be fine. I am. :)
