How do you make good Vegie Buritos?!

Question:

How do you make good Vegie Buritos?

Answers:
The mix of vegetables, including carbohydrates, is important. I like black beans, rice (not just any rice, but your favorite), various peppers, tomato, garlic, soy protein (paste, chunks, tofu, whatever you like), and cheese (your preferred kind). Serve with a good, flavorful salsa!

mix all the veggies you want and add cheese salsa or whatever you like to taste and roll in a tortilla. easy and tastes great

Okay i would say first thing is get all fresh ingrediants. Fresh cilantro, refried beans without lard!, whole milk cheese, onions, peppers (organic) use pam instead of butter and whalaaa! MMM makes me soooo hungry!!!

fill it up with BEEF!!!!!!!

Red beans prepared with bacon, then pureed. Crumbled ground beef. Onions and Cheese. A little salsa.

Oh, a good veggie burrito. Uhhhh, no such thing. ;)

But my wife enjoys:

Vegetarian Refried Beans
Mexican Corn
Red, Yellow, and Green Bell Peppers
Onions
Vegetarian Salsa (there is a difference)
Cheese (as long as you accept dairy as vegetarian)
Jalepeno Peppers (or other peppers) to taste
Roll it in a tortilla and fry the tortilla in vegetable oil

Ok, actually I think it's pretty good too.

try useing Yves "Ground round" it's actually a soy product that can be bought already seasoned for Mexican dishes (or Italian if you were making spagetti sauce), sautee onions, carrots and red peppers, mix wih corn and your rice, sautee your "ground round, and have some refried beans hot, or add some black beans, wrapp all this in a soft flour tortilla I also useually put some sour cream on the inside(if you are Ovo-Lacto that is) otherwise a little salsa and guacamole will fill you up.

Put veggies in it.
