http://vegweb.com is a good resource for vegan recipes. They don't seem to have much information other than that, but there are a lot of recipes.

www.veggieboards.com is a fantastic resource. Although they are technically just a vegetarian website, most of their posts come from vegans. They have lots of discussion boards.

www.vegweb.com (mentioned already) is great for recipes--almost exclusively vegan.
