How to make puro and aloo??
can anybody tell me easy and quick recipe for puri and aloo ki sabzi??

puri is easy.....just go to spanish or mexican grocery store, get white flour tortilla come home and fry em.....you got puris...
now authentic aloo thingy....lets see....okay warm up the 2 tbl spoons oil , add salt and green peppers cut into long stips about two small ones would do(serano pepper) kinda like the desi peppers at home. if you get a Jalepeno pepper only do half a pepper.....now add cumin (zeera) a little red crushed pepper, tumeric(haldi) just a pinch, crushed corriander( kuta dhania balls) warm up the mixture to release the flavors,
add two large potatoes peeled and cubed. and some fungreek leaves crushed( methi available in dried form most desi stores) two pinches..... also add blackseeds (kalaunji seeds) nice big pinch. add enough water to cover the potatoes..... put on the lid cook for 15 minutes till almost mushy....now chop some spring onions, or even leeks sprinkle them and cover till they soften up and then serve up ........nice and warms .....add a tincy bit of desi ghee atop the sabzi thing very last minute......and yummm yummm yummm...........
