so i dont eat much breakfast and i eat yogurt and a sandwich for lunch butnthen i come home and EAT! is that bad?

Yes!! Eat steadily throughout the day and then you won't eat so much overall. You can control your hunger constantly this way. Be sure to eat healthy food - and not crap!
I've started making myself eat a granola bar for breakfast (I like the Luna bars b/c they're full of protein and they have inulin which is good for your metabolism) I keep a little bag of cashews and walnuts to munch on. Keep yourself busy when you come home so you don't think about eating. The trick is to replace the habit with a healthy alternative. When you get home, go to a yoga class or put your shoes on and go for a walk. It's so refreshing and you'll want to take care of your body. You need to eat more throughout the day to keep your metabolism up.

I would suggest eating breakfast... even if its a smoothie. Binging isn't very good. There are a lot of quick and easy breakfast things you can make. Oatmeal, cereal, toast, soy breakfast meats, etc. Eating breakfast will make you less likely to be so hungry at night.
No,it doesn't matter how much you eat unless you go over about 2000 calories.If you don't eat all day and then eat right before you go to bed that doesn't make you gain weight,but if you go over 2000 calories that will make you gain weight.
Instead of eating so much, try drinking something fulfilling.

Your body is hungry. 5 or 6 small meals are better than the deal you are giving it now. Do them about 2 or 3 hours apart. Try doing something more balanced & see if the "Hungries" are more managable in the evening.
The more often you eat in small portions the more energy you have and the more weight you will lose.
When you come home and eat, like you eat everything you can shove in your mouth. Then you are not getting enough nutrition! Try to figure out a well balanced diet so you aren't hungry throughout the day.
