Isn't meat delicious?!

Question:

Isn't meat delicious?

I love eating it right off the bone

Answers:
To Amerikan Proud, for a start I have eaten horse, and cats dogs and dolphins are eaten in some parts of the world, they are all quite edible.
Secondly why would anyone eat rat, a small dirty animal which spreads diseases? The reasons we eat beef and lamb are because they're much tastier and better quality meats.

Eating meat does not 'poison the body'. Some people do claim that the digestion of meat releases harmful byproducts into our system. This is true, however it is a tribute to how well our bodies have evolved to eat meat and how adept they are at doing so, that our bodies are quite able to dispose of said products without any adverse effects.
Did you know virtually all plants, except fruits as they want to be eaten, are poisonous? Yes, that cabbage you had for lunch in your sandwich didn't, from an evolutionary point of view, want to be eaten, and developed poisons to ward off consumers. However our bodies are immune to many of the poisons in plants, however not as many as true herbivores, and so there is never any problems with them. The same is true for meat: while it may contain toxins our body is very well capable of dealing with them safely.

"Pig must be fully cooked in order to kill the bacteria or it will kill you."

That's utter rubbish. Many groups of people in the far corners of the world, albeit that they are increasingly few, do eat meat raw, and as they have been brought up with it from birth there is no problem with it as their bodies have adapted. Even our bodies, which have been treated with kid-gloves all our lives, would be able to eat meat raw, probably without any problems. Even so, the worst that we would ever be likely to get would be salmonella from contaminated meat, which isn't life threatening at all ('it will kill you' is a pointless scare tactic, with no truth at all); this is only problem with chickens however, people do not get salmonella from meat. You would probably be able to eat pork raw without ANY problems at all, assuming the meat had been properly preserved, problems only arise when bacteria is allowed to grow on the meat. I've eaten more or less raw pork quite a few times before and not had so much as a dickey stomach from it.
Besides, many plants, as noted above, contain poisons. Rhubarb is a very tasty plant, especially in a crumble, but if eaten raw it is very poisonous. That meat can be bad if eaten raw is irrelevant, as very few people do eat it raw, and that people eat plants which have to be cooked shows what a rubbish argument it is anyway.

Beef doesn't sit in the colon for two weeks. Why would it? Why would our body go to the trouble of separating out the beef from the other foods and leaving it in the colon for weeks and where would the meat go, the colon being a thin muscled tube? It doesn't do that at all. Meat does take longer to digest than some foods, but it never takes much more than a day, normally much less, and definately not two weeks.
Similarly with milk, why would it be separated out before it was digested, and where would it be put before it was dropped into the vat of acid and enzymes that is our stomach?

......saves on the washing up:)

just not taco bell's.....

yes meat is GOOD!

~*eew thats nasty lol i am just kidding i just dont like it allll that much....*~

YEEESSSS!!!!!

how can you not like meat!!!???

Homo Sapiens = OMNIVORE

I just sometimes don't understand those Vegetarians...

For people that enjoy meat it is but for those that are vegetarians, then no, it isnt. Granted, they are not the majority but Im sure there are things that you and I do that arent in the majority either. So why judge them?

That's why the good Lord made animals out of it.

I love it rare, and dont forget those giblets ...
If it once went bah moo or oink, I'm into it !

thats what she said hahaha!

love it too!

it is so ridiculus how people think they should post questions like this on a VEGETARIAN AND VEGEN section. i have no clue why i even read this.

NO. It is disgusting... eating dead things?!!
Unhealthy, and lots of much better alternatives.
Thanks for posting this in the veg. section. You are so funny

no, it's seek

meat is great!! I can eat a steak from The Cattle Company cooked medium....yum!

I can live without it really. This thing about eating meat that I miss the very least is the preparing of the food. Ew.

oh yeah,it's really delicious, especially when it's filled with hormones and dropped on the floor by butchers and sneezed on and whacked off on.Seriously, that was pointless.

Here's a question for you. If you think that eating meat is delicious, why do you not like eating horses, camels, snakes, dolphins, dogs, cats or rats. They all are made of meat, and since your such a meat lover, why not eat humans? They are made of meat. All muscle is considered "meat" so why not? I've heard that human meat tastes like veal, so give it a try!! Eating a dead animal or human is disgusting and the consumption of dead muscle poisons the body. Beef or "cow" stays in your colon for two weeks before passing through your system. There are over 250 "meat" causing diseases and when people get sick from eating dead muscle, they blame the cook. Who would eat some thing that can kill you from the bacteria that is always present no mater how much you wash it or cook it. Pig must be fully cooked in order to kill the bacteria or it will kill you. Milk stays in your stomach for an hour before being digested. OK I'll stop, but all your doing is making yourself sick from eating dead muscle and you should stop. If you think that smoking is bad for your health, then check out what dead muscle does to your system. Hope you change your eating habits. Good luck.

yes

People, why are you responding to a TROLL? You're just giving it what it wants.
When posts like this come up just report them and ignore them. Hopefully this one will be deleted soon.

ok you have no need to put this on the vegan vegatarian part.

and oh yes eating a fried dead animal carcuss is so yummy. eating something that was breathing and seeing and has feelings just like you. i'm sure if you have a dog you would love to fry that up and eat that right off the bone. whats the difference between a dog and a pig?

sure it tastes great. have fun living with the repercussions, though, you arrogant, ignorant cretin.

That's how my neighbours dog likes to eat.

I don't eat meat, I don't like the taste of dead animals.

Thats not really a bone youve been sucking on! hahahahaha!!!
f.u.x.huntergay is lonely so go back to his bone!hahahaha!!
