Which kinds of candies don't contain gelatin?!

Question:

Which kinds of candies don't contain gelatin?

I was just wondering, because I'm having a hard time giving it up. I have a weakness for licorice, and gummy bears, do you know of any kinds of these particular candies that don't contain gelatin, or just candy in general

Chocolate does not contain any
Any candy made with jello will have gelatin
Most hard candies are ok

when using gelatin- it is for stabilization of a product but not to the point like hard candy

I buy Haribo Licorice and it is gelatin free. The gelatin free gummy bears are hard to find. I only know the ones that they sell at health food stores. They are organic gelatin free gummy bears and quite expensive. Other than that the original Jelly Belly's are all right for vegetarians. Lots of candies are all right just beware of the red coloring that comes form bugs and is wildly used.

gummy bears.

A lot of chewy candies, like starburst, and anything with marshmallow will have gelatin. My favorite chewy gelatin-free candy at the moment though has got to be Care Bears fruit snacks. Very good texture, full of artificial fruit flavor and sugar, loaded with the love of the care bears, comes in many pretty colors, and completely dead-animal free!
