Does anyone have any recipes or ideas on this please?

I am giving you the same answer I gave someone chosen as best answer few days ago.
As you know when it comes to Veg/Vegan Christmas the recipes are quite similar to Thanksgiving. I am giving you few of my favorite websites hoping it will help.
You can always accommodate the non vegans by making some of their dishes with butter and milk such as mashed potatoes and add butter to the veggies... You can also make them a dairy dessert with egg relpacer. My Christmas is not the same without Noel Nog. It is really delicious.
Merry Christmas.

You can do a creamy vegetable lasagna or just do a bunch of side dishes using vegetarian friendly ingredients. I make an onion gravy that is vegan and you wouldn't be able to tell the difference.
I like to do a seiten (wheatmeat) roast for the holidays. It is basically Vital Wheat Gluten with some kind of broth for boiling the roast. I then put some orange glaze on the outside of it and bake it till it is crunchy on the outside. There are many recipes on the internet, or even on the box itself.
