Answers:
A lot of supermarkets offer branded low GI bread (think it may be Warburtons) low GI white bread, or you could try a rye bread from somewhere like Waitrose/Sainsbury's etc or a health food shop may stock it!

Most supermarkets seem to stock it

'Burgen' is low GI it has loads of seeds and yummy stuff in it and you can get it in any supermarket normally along side the brown and wholemeal.
