Does anyone have a good vegan duck recipe?!

Question:

Does anyone have a good vegan duck recipe?

The only one I know of uses pork instead of duck. But they really like duck as long as it has garlic and meat around it.

Answers:
I think David has the idea. Can't think of any other way to make it.

Veganism (also known as strict vegetarianism or pure vegetarianism) is a philosophy and lifestyle that avoids using animals and animal products for food, clothing and other purposes. In practice, a vegan (an adherent of veganism) commits to the abstention from consumption or use of animal products, including meat, fish, and poultry, animal gelatin, honey, eggs and dairy products, as well as articles made of silk, fur, wool, bone, leather, feathers, pearls, nacre, coral, sponges and other materials of animal origin. Most vegans also avoid products that have been tested on animals.

does that mean the duck was a vegan?

If you were a vegan and standing in front of me I might say duck, but not likely funnyman.

Vegan duck? Isn't that an oxymoron?

Get a whoppin' big block of firm tofu and sculpt into a duck.

Spray it with artificial chicken stock and poultry flavoring. Stuff some artery-clogging Crisco or similar into it with sage and other herbs.

Voila. Vegan duck.
