Depends on the quantity of those foods. You might want to add some veggies or protiens like beans. I always love BBQ veggies. They are yummy and lowfat.
That special K is really good, I always get the strawberry kind.

Yes, but i think you wouldn't feel to well, maybe you can include raw fruits and veggies and LEAN meats.

You will lose weight, but you won't be able to sustain this diet for a long period of time. Eventually you'll need to add meats or some form of protein, as well as vegetables.

Yes, you probably will. Just make sure you get plenty of exercise or most of the weight you lose could be muscle mass.

You should lose weight, provided you exercise as well. Just remember a few tips: don't eat too few calories, or your body will try and store as many calories as it can, also caffeine can really boost your metabolism by releasing stored fat into your bloodstream (which gives you an energy boost) which should help you lose fat. Just don't add cream or sugar.

I don't think you'll be able to maintain this diet and it will not be your lack of will power. Its just not humanly possible. And of course you'll lose weight because the food you listed doesn't provide enough calories to maintain your current body weight. But you might not feel very energetic or strong.

Lots of good information available about exercise and nutrition from community college courses.

Allways remember its not wwhat you eat its how much of it

You'll lose weight. It's not nutritional enough but you'll lose weight.

Most likely you will lose weight on this diet, but once you've lost the weight, drop this "diet" and learn how to eat healthy.
Diets like this are not meant to be a way of life. If you can learn to eat healthy, without excluding any of the food groups, and excercise regularly, you're much less apt to ever have to go on any "diet" like this again.

I don't see any proteins or vegetables listed on there. You should include beans and veggies. Cereal is not a complete food on its own. The way I look at it, grains and beans should make up the bulk of the protein with dairy products rounding it off. You made a good choice in eliminating snacks, pop, sugar and meat. Congratulations.

I personally have done it twice and lost weight. The only problem is you dont want to go on eating this forever so unless you really work out while on this diet' you will gain some weight back depending on your new eating habits. I say try it with a workout and add a little protein and veggies to your plan and you will have long lasting results.

We are the same height and weight. Let me know if it works for you cause I'm trying to lose a few pounds myself...Good Luck

You are too thin!

You should be 200lbs at 6ft.

yes you'll lose weight.
but REMEMBER THIS:-
Eat slower and chew your food thoroughly. It takes 20 minutes for your brain to signal to you body that it is full. If you eat too fast, you could be overeating.
Also, chewing your food thoroughly aids in digestion.
Drink plenty of water. Try and drink at least 8-12 glasses daily. Drinking water will help to improve your fat metabolism and it also flushes out impurities

you can also try out this PLAN:- It is healthy and you'll also lose weight.
