The ones here call it the Veggie Maxx.
I always just ask for the Veggie Patty, and they know what I'm talking about.

Yes, I have seen it on the menu, but have never seen anybody order it. It is probably very similar to a "Gardenburger".
Yes they do have one. As to what they call it .. i have no idea , But i have seen it , an didnt know what it was so i asked ! I assume they call it a Veggie Patty .. or something along that line !
I just came from subway. They had a sign for veggie burgers. Then I looked down in the meat display and there they were. You can get it on a sub the same way you would get anyother sandwich there.
