Vegetarian fast foods?!

Question:

Vegetarian fast foods?

wat are some vegetarian things to get a fast food places?
McDonalds
Taco Bell
White Castle
Subway
etc.
and wat do they have in the subway subs?

Answers:
Can't usually go wrong with Salads, and even some places like Wendy's has Baked Potatoes, Taco Bell has many Bean & Cheese options which is great for protein, Subway is the best place for a Salad on a Roll, even great choices like Spinich. Most Sandwich places will make a cheese sandwich, though they might look at you funny. If you are a vegetarian that allows Fish in your diet, most have a fish choice available.
White Castle doesn't offer much for Vegetarians.

Sadly, if you are a Serious vegetarian most Fast Foods aren't Veggie Friendly. What you might check out is Smoothie King or Jamba Juice - Yum!

Some Quick articles I found below that seem very informative. Enjoy!

Cheese sand
Vegie Sand

You can always do salads -
Burrito's with beans-
Vegetarian Subway sandwich

Wendy's has strawberry yogurt with granola(it's really good). Burger King has a veggie burger(it's only ok, though)

Hash browns, hamburger buns, taco shells, veggie sandwich, salad.

Big Mac with no meat

I often will get a burger with no meat- just lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, etc. They're good (though I usually have to get a few of them).

Burritos are good if the beans don't contain lard. I really like Del Taco for a bean burrito- not sure if you have that where you are. Quesadillas and nachos are good, too, if you eat cheese.

As far as I know subway subs are vegetarian if you get the ones with no meat. Quiznos makes a very good veggie sub that I like a lot better than Subway's veggie subs.

McDonald's............salads, fries, ice cream
Taco Bell................bean burrito, beans and cheese, apple
impanada,
White Castle..........don't know, we don't have them in Florida
Subway..................they have veggie burgers, vegetarian subs
you could even just go in and order yourself a
sub with just the vegetables you like on it.

mcdonalds-they have salads i know
taco bell-they have diffrent bean meals
white castle-?????
subway-they carry vegetable subs

burger king now has a vegie burger! try that!

If you're a lacto ovo vegetarian (like I am), this might work for you:
- Subway - veggie max
- Taco Bell - cheese quesadilla, supreme fries without meat, bean burrito
- Pizza Hut / Dominos / Papa Johns... - cheese pizza
- Wendys - strawberry yogurt with granola, side or caesar salad with vinaigrette dressing, baked potato with cheese and broccoli
- Mc Donalds - for breakfast you can eat everything, but without meat

Hope this helped!!

I don't think the fries or hash browns at McDonalds are vegetarian. They use beef tallow in the flavoring.

Also, be careful at Taco Bell- there's gelatin in their sour cream. Taco Bell is probably the best because there's such a variety of thins you can order without meat. I like the Mexican Pizza, the 7-layer burrito, and the Grilled Stuft burrito with beans instead of meat.

Subway has a Veggie Delite sandwich and you can get all the normal stuff in it. I get mustard, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, green pepper, olives, pickles, and salt & pepper on my sandwich.

PETA People Eating Tasty Animals

burger king has a veggie burger, other then that you can get the fries taco beel you can get a bean burrito, subway has a veggie sandwich,

Taco Bell-- Bean Burrito, "Fresco Style" with salsa instead of sour cream.
McDonald's-- Salad (their fries have beef flavoring sprayed on them at the factory-- not veg)
Subway-- Veggie Sub, sometimes have a veggie patty available
Wendy's-- Baked potato, salad
I avoid these places as much as possible..... Taco Bell is ok. Aim for cafes with muffins like Starbucks or Qdoba Mexican Grill which is like a Mexican food subway

I don't know much about fast food because I stopped eating it a long time ago, but I can tell you this ...

FRENCH FRIES AT McDONALD'S ARE NOT VEGETARIAN!

They have beef in them, believe it or not. It's one of their "natural flavorings". The link below is the ingredients for everything at McDonald's. Hope that helps! :)
