What is the definition of vegitarian?!

Question:

What is the definition of vegitarian?

i know they don't eat meat, but do they not eat dairy or drink milk?

Answers:
Vegetarianism is the practice of not consuming meat, with or without the use of other animal derivatives, such as dairy products or eggs. Some vegetarians choose to also refrain from wearing clothing involving the death of animals, such as leather, silk and fur. Veganism, sometimes called "strict vegetarianism", excludes all animal products from diet and attire, whether or not this involves the actual death of an animal (dairy, eggs, honey, wool and down feathers). Vegetarians are found in countries across the world with varied motivations including religious, financial, ethical, environmental, and health concerns.

I don't think so.

A vegetarian is an old Indian word meaning poor hunter ;)
Sorry, couldn't resist.

I'm a vegetarian and I just don't eat meat; I still eat dairy products and drink milk. It's vegans that don't eat meat or dairy products. Also, some people call themselves vegetarians and only eat white meat - that is so bogus; vegetarians don't eat any meat! If you want a dictionary definition, I suggest you look it up on dictionary.com. I hope this helps!

Vegetarianism is a joke.

They don't eat meat or beef but will drink the juice (milk) from them. They don't eat paultry but eat egg!

If animals and birds are living things is that not grains and plants living things? Grains, fruits, vegetables are actually children of plants and trees.

If you think you should not eat living things then you should not eat any living thing and should eat only synthetic items.

A Vegetarian eats primarily or wholly vegetables and vegetable products. However they do eat food that comes from animals, just not the animals themselves.
A Vegan does not eat anything that came from an animal source, for some even Honey is off limits, made by Bees and all

Vegetarians do not eat meat.
Vegans do not eat meat or dairy produce.
