Want to go on a raw food diet but need....?

an example of a week or two to create that structure i need. dont know what would give me all that is needed nutritionally.

With the e coli scare are you sure about this?

As long as is not raw meat, it won't harm you, meat of fish is a different story and you can get very sick..?

You can eat raw vegetables! Just dont cook em

I would recommend that you transition slowly, gradually adding more raw foods to your diet. Do research along the way. I personally recommend that you still include some cooked foods in your diet (such as beans, rice, tofu, etc), but it is up to you. It's important to focus on a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, grains, nuts, seeds, etc.

I strongly recommend that you see a dietitian.
