For those familiar with hemp seeds?!

Question:

For those familiar with hemp seeds?

I also use the oil from the seeds on my food for the nutrients but would eating raw seeds be the same?

Answers:
Most seeds have a bitter coat. It would not be easy for you to remove it at home. I would recommend that you stick to the oil. If you are looking for an Omega 3-6-9 blend, try a mixture of hemp, primrose, borage, and flax oils. Far healthier than most other oils.

I don't see why not, probably won't be very tasty. Don't forget, you can eat, or smoke HEMP all you want, you CAN NOT get high from it. You probably already know this, but I hate to assume anything.

Hemp seeds and the hemp seed oil have a nice, nutty taste, unlike flax seed oil. Hemp seeds are nutritious, and great sprinkled on other foods, but you will find the highest concentration of nutrients in the oil, which has been extracted from the seeds.
