Why do croutons come in a sealed plastic bag ?!

Question:

Why do croutons come in a sealed plastic bag ?

is it to keep them from going stale ?

Answers:
It keeps moisture out so they stay crispy.

Yes.

Keeps them nice and fresh, not stale and moldy.

Because if they came in a box then bugs might get in. If they came in a bottle than o_o then... the crouton companies are too cheap. If they came in a bucket then I could steal them.

your ******* dumb.
you make all vegetarians look bad.

so when you plant them they will all grow into loafs of bread -duh!

because if you add them to the salad when the salad are made.any moisture remains on the salad the croutons will get soggy. Then there is the fact that some people don not like croutons and can omit them if they wish (low carb dieter)
