How do you prepare beans on a raw diet?!

Question:

How do you prepare beans on a raw diet?

Answers:
Sprout them! All you have to do is spread a single layer of your chosen dried bean between two dish towels (or two doubled-up paper towels), and spritz the towels periodically (after an initial saturation with water, of course) to keep them damp. After about a week or so, your bean sprouts will be ready to eat.
Note: NEVER do this with soybeans or kidney beans. They contain toxic compounds if they are not cooked and will make you really, really sick.

Vegan myself, and have read enough books on nutrition to be a dietician.

you eat them raw

i dunno but i cannot imagine the gas...

Soak them in warm water with some salt and viniger. The salt helps break down the starches and the viniger breaks down the enzymes therefore making delicious beans. I do this with chick peas.

Depends on what kind of beans. String beans, well, clean them and eat them any way you want?

Kidney beans? Well, they're toxic if they're not cooked. Something called phytohemagglutinin exists in many raw beans.

Not all foods can safely be eaten raw.

soy beans will make you die if you eat them raw
You just have to find fresh ones not dried or grow your own
