What is the nutritional value of okra?!

Question:

What is the nutritional value of okra?

okra is a vegetable found in southeast asia. I love this vegetable but i don't know its nutritional value.

Answers:
Okra is low in saturated fat, and very low in cholesterol and sodium. It is also a good source of protein, niacin, Iron, phosphorus, zinc and copper, and a very good source of dietary fiber, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K, thiamin, riboflavin, folate, calcium, magnesium, potassium and manganese. But bear in mind a large portion of the calories in okra come from sugars. Okra contains known anti-inflammatory nutrients, including Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Folate and Beta Carotene.
Protein Complements: Adding other foods with complementary amino acid profiles to this food may yield a more complete protein source, and improve the quality of some types of restrictive diets.
