If you get just the tofurkey, I think it was $10...
but I usually buy the tofurkey with the extra stuff (gravy, dumplings) included, which is about $20

I agree that the leftovers should be tossed after three to four days. However, you can put the leftover slices in the freezer if you wish. There is another brand that makes a roast that is better than Tofurkey - Quorn. If you can find it where you live, try the roast or other products, They are AWESOME!
