What is a good non-dairy base to use with my protein shake or smoothies?!

Question:

What is a good non-dairy base to use with my protein shake or smoothies?

Answers:
Soy milk, rice milk, almond milk. Any of those things. And since most of them come in flavors other than "plain", they will also add a flavor boost to your smoothies.

The milks she said are good, you can also try rice puddings to thicken them up (similar to what babies drink). I know the milks were what you were looking for, but this is just a tip :)

Soy and Eggs. Eggs are higher in protein than milk/whey products.Soy is lower in protein content.

I use sugar free Jello powder for flavor and consistency.

use frozen berries. buy frozen blueberries, strawberries, raspberries in the frozen department of the supermarket and put them in the blender with soy milk and protein powder

I think you'll find that soy or almond milk will work nicely, providing even more protein than cows milk. I would stay away from rice milk for smoothies. I don't think it would be horrible, it's consistency is just a little bit more watery than is counterparts. Silken tofu would also do the trick. Good luck!
