tell you what, buffalo sauce is really easy to make. just get your favorite hot sauce and add it to a good amount of butter and a little white vinegar. let it all simmer together for a few minutes and then toss your wings/fries/whatever in with it.
The hottest sauce I have ever had was Buffalo Wild Wings Blazin' wing sauce. You can order that at www.buffalowildwings.com. Be careful not to touch your skin or your eyes when you eat this sauce, it is painful. Good luck in the bathroom as well..lol.
