Quiestion about what i've eaten today?
i have had: 1 special k bar, non fat yogurt, 2 pears, an apple, 3 bowls of life & grape nuts cereal w/ skim milk, & a french vanilla iced coffee w/ skim milk.
1. have i aten a lot today?
2. what should i eat now, im actually hungry?
3. will i gain weight?

I assume you are thin and if you are then you will not lose wait if your 200 lbs, then yes maybe a ound. But it depends on a lot of things. Weight exercise and age and your adrenalin, so I will say you will not gain or lose tomorrow, because I am guessing you weigh 112lbs.
Well, if you ate three bowls of Life and Grape Nuts...that would be 6 bowls of cereal (unless I'm misreading it). 6 bowls of cereal is quite a lot.
You may or may not gain weight from this diet, but you certainly won't lose weight.
You may think that those Special K's and 100% vitamin cereal are healthy, but they aren't! Never believe those commercials.
Who needs cereal fortified with 100% of all the vitamins and minerals you need in a day per serving? Just eat plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Vitamins are naturally occuring in foods. Eat right and you won't need chemical supplements.
Not to mention, those cereals and coffees are very sugary. Sugar = high calories. Don't do that if you want to lose weight.
I suggest you eat whole grains, fresh fruits, and vegetables. Don't eat processed foods. Actually cook something yourself.
You have gotten your requirement for fruit, and dairy, but you need to also have meat (chicken, pork, beef, fish) or if you are a vegetarian beans, nuts, legumes, pasta, etc., and some vegetables. To answer if you will gain weight, one needs to know your age, how much exercise you get, etc. The calories you require each day depends on the above criteria. You do not gain weight by eating sensibly...and if you exercise. But you also cannot restrict what you eat to what you have listed above.

but none to keep you feeling very full...
What you ate is not going to make you fat...
but try adding more protein....like hard boiled egg, tuna, slices of lean turkey or chicken....and also some good carbs like a slice of 12 grain bread, and oatmeal........these things will not make you fat, but you will feel more satisfied and you will be less likely to cheat...also add some veggies like celery and broccoli.......and water please!! drinking lots of water will also help you feel fuller,....drink throughout the day, add a little lemon to it if you like.
I'm thinking a salad and maybe some chicken breast or fish.
