Answers:
As long as the wine is chilled to 46 degrees, and the bread/crackers are fresh, all cheeses are the same.

I love all cheese!

Goat Cheese is awesome and you can use it more than what most people realize

my favorite is swiss cheese

I'm still trying to decide;-} can't narrow it down to one.
What I buy most often for everyday use is marble cheddar.
Whenever I have guests I try to serve at least 4 kinds:
Cheddar, Brie, Gouda, & Swiss.

Jarlsburg swiss cheese is the best! I also like a good cheddar or colby cheese as well.
