Am i eating too much?

In the morning i eat cereal at the moment special k, lunch i have a sandwich or sometimes pasta, then maybe a biscuit or fruit and then my dinner but i am alway's hungry.

Diabetic diets also list foods in proportions and how many calories are in each.

You are hungary because you are not eating enough for breakfast and lunch. Add a piece of fruit to both meals(put blueberries on strawberries on your cereal) I would add veggies to lunch: salad with fat free dressing. As a snack,have an apple, or 2 rice cakes,carrot sticks,or 2 grahm crackers. DRINKS WATER THROUGHOUT THE DAY

i was told after dinner if you get hungry eat some raw almonds i guess there healthy and filling.

hunger isn't always a good indication that you need to eat. Dehydration can also make you feel more hungry. make sure that you drink 8 glasses of water a day.
Also how hungry you are may depend on how active you are. Your body needs fuel to sustain it, the average male should ingest around 2500 calories a day and a woman 2000.

If you are still hungry then you'll need more calories... or you can "break" the hunger with fruit or a glass of water mixed with maple syrup, lemon juice, pinch of cayenne pepper mixed in to a glass of cold mineral water.

doesn't sound like you're eating too much to me, if you're always hungry. other people's suggestions were good (almonds are a light but filling snack....) so try some of those.

No you are eating to little look at the canadian food guide. Plus you need more variety. I'm 11 and I eat more. You have to much starch. Have some snacks...

Check out ur quantites.May be u need to increase a bit to feel full.and don't fret abt food all the time.v hv only one life.Its not for wasting on diet worries.eat a bit more when u feel like......and never feel guilty if u do.Have a good day.
