Is there any difference in "healthyness" between....??!

Question:

Is there any difference in "healthyness" between....??

here is my problem

i buy a deli sandwich at lunch....

is a ham and american sandwich healthier than a pepperoni and mozzarella?
or vice versa?

which is a better choice for me at lunch ham/american or pepperoni/mozzarella?

Answers:
Well american cheese is worse than mozzerella cheese, because it it is much more processed and usually has coloring and additives in it. Ham and pepperoni are both bad, I know for sure that pepperoni had nitrites/nitrates which are preservatives that you should really avoid. Ham probably has them too, and also sugar. A better choice of meat I think would be chicken or turkey. Oh, and the bread could be junky too, it could be bleached with a lot of dough conditioners, you should make sure to get regular sourdough with nothing else added to it.

ham/american...typically ham has a lot less fat and calories than pepperoni.

I say scrap the ham and try turkey or chicken instead. Pork is horrible for your health. Or if you really want to go healthy get a tuna sandwich (though it won't do much for your breath). It doesn't really matter what kind of cheese you put on it. Make sure you put some dark green lettuce or spinach and tomato slices on that sandwich too, and go with mustard instead of mayo.

Make your own, you know you didn't spit in it and you give yourself a raise by not spending money on something you could do in 3 minutes at home.
