What is the difference between iodized salt and salt?!

Question:

What is the difference between iodized salt and salt?

Answers:
iodine is a necessary nutrient, salt does not contain it, iodized salt does

also it depends on what kind of salt it is, most salt is sodium chloride, but others can be pottassium chloride, or salt substitute

not in taste

but iodine is necessary in the daily diet, so if u have some sort of choice to make, go with the iodized salt

iodine

The iodine was added to prevent goiter, which apparently used to be a widespread disease before iodized salt was introduced.
