Bratwurst or brockwurst?!

Question:

Bratwurst or brockwurst?

Answers:
I don`t understand your question.
A "Bockwurst" must consist of fine crushed meat. That meat also can even consist of fish. But mainly pork meat is used. Everyone in Germany considers a Bockwurst to be made of pork if you sell a Bockwurst made of fish, you have to declare it. Bockwurst is mostly boiled.
There are two famous Bockwurst in Germany
1. Wiener
2. Frankfurter
In Hamburg were I live it is so, if you order a Wiener you get a small boiled Wurst, but it is uncommon to order one Wiener you order a pair of Wiener. If you order a Bockwurst you get a Wurst that is three times as big as a Wiener.

Bratwurst is every "Wurst" you can grill. There are four very famous "Bratwurst" in Germany
1. Thüringer ( looks a little very bit fat, but it is tasty, very fine)
2. Schinken ( you can see meet and fat)
3. Krakauer ( after a polish City) I like best. like Schinken but it is smoked
4. Nürnberger like Thüringer ( I know the Franken would like to kill me for this statement) but it is very much smaller.

Greetings from Hamburg, Germany
Heinz
